Valerie Weitzner
Career Prep Consultant, GenText® Mentor
Valerie brings highly valuable technology consulting, Fortune 500 corporate and nonprofit professional expertise to ProForm U’s clients.
After earning her BA in Economics at the University of Michigan, she went on to complete her MBA in Marketing from New York University. From there she built a robust career at Andersen (Accenture) Consulting, The Estee Lauder Companies and American Express in New York City.
Valerie understands how to collaborate with teens and young professionals while earning their trust and confidence. She has first-hand experience navigating the highly competitive private school and college interview processes as well as guiding budding professionals through the strategic roadmap of internship, job search and corporate politics. She is mother to two Pace Academy graduates who went on to the University of Pennsylvania and Duke University.
Valerie has expertise in branding, marketing and managerial leadership. Professionally, she oversaw Fortune 500 interviewing, hiring, managing and mentoring of top talent. Valerie deeply understands the values, demands, language and personal branding required in helping students and professionals reach educational and professional goals.
Bethany Morgado
Language Specialist, GenText® Mentor
Bethany is a bilingual, intercultural studies and language specialist who has conducted visual language research and served as a correspondent for the Georgia Institute of Technology’s Language for Business and Technology Program in France.
Prior to joining ProForm U, Bethany was selected from thousands of applicants to participate in the Disney College Program. It was while working at the Disney Art of Animation Resort assisting more than 75 families per day that she honed key communication, conflict resolution and collaboration skills.
Her teaching style focuses on the communication of achievement. By finding and fueling a student’s passion, she empowers that student to achieve his or her goals.
Bethany earned her BS in Applied Language and Intercultural Studies at and holds certificates in Linguistics and Psychology from the Georgia Institute of Technology. Presently, she is working on her MS in Communication Sciences and Disorders at Georgia State University.
